Perfect Circle in Radar Image

I was checking out the weather on my ipad last night and noticed this strange, near perfect, circle up in Nebraska. Not really sure what it was but I found it be pretty interesting.

This was during a pretty extreme midwest blizzard that was happening. A blizzard that had thundersnow!
